We're busy planning a Social Support Forum.
The forum is a day for you to come together with other people who work in Social Support.
At the forum you’ll:
Celebrate the great work happening in Social Support Group programs
Hear how people working in Social Support are innovatively supporting people with Dementia
Have fun and participate in some self-care activities
Prepare for the changes to come
Hear from Department of Health and Aged Care representatives
Network and build connections.
The program will include a mix of local providers and guest speakers offering thought-provoking and informative sessions.
Come along and be inspired!
Who’s the forum for?
This day is for social support coordinators, team leaders and program staff. Up to 5 people from the same organisation can book.
To make travel easier we’ve chosen a venue close to Southern Cross Station, Melbourne C
