Meet Your Facilitators 

Jennene Buckley 

Jennene is an aged care entrepreneur with nearly 30 years of experience in health, aged, and community care. As former CEO of Feros Care, she transformed it from a small charity into a national enterprise serving 60,000 clients annually. 

Now a Founding Partner at Enkindle Consulting, Jennene specialises in strategy, service design, digital transformation, and innovation. She serves on several prominent boards and advisory councils. 

Georgina Gould 

Georgina is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience in aged care, primary health care, and regional development. At Enkindle Consulting, she specialises in aged care reform, digital transformation, and guiding home care providers through sector-wide changes. 

With a portfolio of over 25 national projects, including the rollout of Star Ratings for Residential Aged Care, Georgina excels in project management, stakeholder engagement, and driving impactful innovation. Her work continues to shape the future of aged care in Australia.
