Jennene Buckley
Jennene is an aged care entrepreneur with nearly 30 years of experience in Health, Aged, and Community Care. As former CEO of Feros Care, she transformed it from a small charity into a national enterprise serving 60,000 clients annually.
Now a Founding Partner at Enkindle Consulting, Jennene specialises in strategy, service design, digital transformation, and innovation, serving on several prominent boards and advisory councils.
Tash Edwards
Tash has over a decade of experience leading workforce strategy, change management, and consumer experience in the Aged Care and Disability sectors.
As a Founding Partner at Enkindle Consulting, Tash has worked with the Australian Government on the Aged Care Reforms. She supports organisations in adapting to the reforms through workforce design, leadership, and business improvement strategies. Her expertise includes training at Stanford’s Design School and certification as a Change Practitioner.
