Carrie Hayter

Carrie’s workshops are dynamic, insightful, and focused on delivering practical outcomes.

Carrie is a passionate advocate for human rights and the lived experiences of people who use aged care, disability, and healthcare services. With over 30 years’ experience, she has dedicated her career to improving service systems and amplifying consumer voices.

Carrie holds a Bachelor of Social Work (Honours) from the University of NSW, a Master of Economics (Honours) from the University of Sydney, and is a graduate of the Sydney Leadership Program. As Managing Director of Carrie Hayter Consulting, she works closely with people with lived experience to shape more inclusive, human-rights-focused service systems.
