This in-person workshop is a follow-up to the Planning for Reform Success Bootcamp. The session will be enormously valuable whether you attended a Bootcamp or not.

The day includes:

  • Reform and new Aged Care Act updates

  • Question Time – Ask Tash and Jennene

  • Collaboration activities with your peers

  • Opportunities to work with your team to identify organisation-specific activities that will proactively position you for success when it comes to strategically planning for the aged care reforms.

You’ll walk away with the information you need to start or update your organisation’s aged care reform roadmap.

Who Should Attend?

Managers, co-ordinators, team leaders and staff involved with implementing the in-home aged care program in CHSP-funded organisations. Bring a team of 3-4.

This workshop is provided at no cost to CHSP-funded organisations.
