Planning for the Reforms – Mallee Region | Ouyen

  • Mallee Track Health and Community Services 28 Britt Street Ouyen, VIC (map)

The new Aged Care Act begins on 1 July. And the next 2 months are critical for your organisation to prepare.

This 3-hour in-person workshop will help you take stock of your progress and identify the critical actions still needed for a smooth transition. It’s designed for busy leaders in CHSP aged care who need targeted, actionable information.

What we’ll focus on

You’ll walk away with a clearer sense of what needs to be in place before July. Key discussion points include:

  • Statement of Rights

  • High quality care

  • Statutory duties

  • Suitability matters obligations

  • Supported decision-making

  • Whistleblower provisions

  • Future planning for the aged care workforce.
