Unit Costing – Understanding the Cost of Delivering your CHSP Service

  • Conference Centre, Melbourne Polytechnic 77 Saint Georges Road Preston, VIC, 3072 Australia (map)

Do you have a good understanding of the costs of delivering your services?

Can you accurately identify what is driving these costs?

Are there opportunities to reduce your delivery costs?

These are all very important questions that CHSP providers will need to understand as you prepare for the new in-home aged care program.

  • How to develop a unit cost for a service type or program

  • Applying practical tools and resources in developing unit costs

You’ll also have the opportunity to catch up with your colleagues and Carrie over lunch after the session.
